Service Upgrades

"What is a Service Upgrade?"

An Electrical Service Upgrade is recommended when your current service can't supply the electrical demand of your household. Many older services can't keep up with all the appliances and technology that fill our homes these days.

 

Adding a garage, an air conditioning unit, or a hot tub to an older home's demand could require an upgrade to your service. A new service involves installing a new top of the line breaker panel, with high quality circuit breakers and a larger cable, capable of safely supplying your increased demand.

All permitting and planning with Inspectors and Manitoba Hydro is taken care of by us. Power is briefly turned off to your home to allow for the changes to be made in the safest manner possible and is restored once installation is complete & inspected.
